The hotel offers an excellent price-to-value ratio and impressive highlights such as the friendly reception staff and the incredible breakfast! The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality added an extra touch of excellence to our stay. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet. The selection was extensive and included a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The high-quality ingredients and attention to detail in presentation made it a true delight to start each day with such a fantastic breakfast experience. Overall, prizeotel Bern-City exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this modern hotel for a wonderful experience in Bern.

1) This hotel is an exceptional property in the budget hotel class offering. You get a very clean, modern, comfortable, roomy, and quiet room. Our double bed was very comfortable. We are two adults who stayed as Bern City tourists for three nights during the Easter holiday weekend. If you expect room service, a personal coffee machine, facial tissues, shampoo, body wash, and a personal refrigerator in your hotel room, go ahead and pay for those amenities at another location. If you are a savvy traveler who appreciates a hotel performing strongly in the budget class, this is a great property. 2) The hotel location is exactly at Bus Stop Schoenburg, It is a fast, easy 6-8 minutes bus ride. If you are comfortable with public transportation, look for the number 10 bus from Bern HBF direction title on the bus sign is Ostermundigen Ruti. 3) You receive a Bern City local transport pass for the occupants of the room for zones 100/101 to download as an app upon check-in at Prizeotel. 4) The Coop grocery store shares part of the building complex and is located about 50 meters from the hotel entry. 5) The rooftop bar on the 7th floor at the Prizeotel offers drinks at a fair price for the cozy atmosphere and fantastic view of Bern City and if you are lucky the Alps as well. 6) The beautiful Rose Garden has a side entrance about 125 meters from the hotel entry. The walking/running paths and viewpoints of Bern City are incredible. The Rose Garden restaurant has a lovely terrace with views. 7. The Italian pizza across the street from the Prizeohotel is pleasant and offers tasty fresh pizza, pasta, and drinks at fair prices. 8. We did not add breakfast to our stay because we're not big breakfast eaters. It appeared that most guests do enjoy the breakfast buffet. 9. Our 5th-floor view included a view of a neighborhood and the street entry area of the hotel. Outside noise did not disturb our stay. 10. Check-in was fast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Brand new hotel, very well insulated, clean & very modern design. The breakfast at CHF 14 is great value for money, would definitely recommend it: great variety & plentiful. Good location & premises.

Sleek interior. Larger shower than other European accommodations. Comfortable bed. Windows opened for fresh air. Open spaces for larger luggages. The room wasn't too packed with needless decor. Great location. Quiet. Nice rooftop bar and view. Close to grocery store.

- They let us in the room before check-in time because it was ready :), that was great because we hadn't slept on the trip from Spain. - The breakfast is great and very complete. - The location is very good, with a supermarket (Coop) and public transport stop at the door. - They provide you with a public transport voucher for Bern when you arrive at the hotel. - Wifi works properly to work.
